I have been managing people since 1989 and have been in business since 1993, when I first headed the advertising department of a radio station. Since then, I have held almost every commercial role: selling radio advertising, computers, mobile phones, and operator services. Over 35+ years, I have worked in retail, telecom, and executive management, serving as CEO on multiple occasions. From 2004 to 2007, I led 'Telefon.ru': I scaled the network from 25 to 200+ stores nationwide and prepared the business for sale to a strategic investor. From 2009 to 2011, I served as CEO of the Inel Group holding company, overseeing four large businesses and several startups. I built a management system for business units that balanced autonomy with mutual support. At RTC, the retail chain of MTS, I progressed from Franchise Director to Deputy General Director of Sales. I developed the franchise network to 1,980 stores, reduced customer acquisition costs by 30%, and increased online store revenue by 2.5 times. At 'MegaFon Retail', I managed the Metropolitan branch: the network grew by 30% to 330 stores, and staff turnover decreased by a factor of 2.3 year-over-year. From 2015 to 2023, I was responsible for sales and customer service at MTS Armenia. I increased the company's market share in sales by 10%, built an online store and payment system from scratch, and optimized staff by 20% while increasing quality. Currently, I work as a mentor for entrepreneurs and executives. I help build teams, sales, processes, and strategy so that the business does not depend solely on one person. I graduated from the Erickson coaching program according to ICF standards and apply a coaching approach to my mentoring work. It helps to accurately formulate requests, explore your own options, and make decisions. Where practical experience is needed, I combine coaching with direct feedback and managerial expertise.
