Introduce us to an experienced entrepreneur or manager. Once they pass selection and start working, the maximum bonus is 30,000 ₽.
How to start
Create an account
Register as a mentor — the referral section becomes available in your account as soon as you accept the terms.
Get your code
In the “Referrals” section you will find your personal code and two ready links: one for clients, one for future mentors.
Share where it fits
Tell your audience, friends and colleagues about the service — the ones for whom mentorship, or working as a mentor, genuinely fits.
Track your bonuses
A bonus appears after a confirmed payment. Once the refund window closes it becomes available for payout.
Worth knowing up front
The programme has more than just upsides. We say openly when a bonus is granted and when it will not appear.
Not for the sign-up itself
A client bonus appears only after their first confirmed payment. A mentor bonus applies once they have passed selection, started working, and their client has paid.
There are caps and deadlines
For a client — 4.5% of the first payment, up to 7,500 ₽. For a mentor — 3% of their clients' payments over the first 12 months, up to 30,000 ₽ per mentor.
We check referrals
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and related parties do not take part in the programme. Mentor referral accruals go through an additional review.
Refunds are taken into account
A 30-day refund window applies after payment. Until it closes the bonus is shown as pending and is not yet available for payout.
How you may and may not
talk about the service
What matters to us are recommendations that help real people find a service they need. That is why a few restrictions apply.
- No bots, faked sign-ups or payments, hidden redirects or cookie stuffing.
- No spam by email, SMS or messenger, and no misleading promises or fake promo codes.
- No placement on adult or gambling sites, or platforms with illegal, extremist or discriminatory content.
- Using the United Mentors brand in paid search, domains and account names must be agreed with us in advance.
