I am an IT entrepreneur with experience in launching and developing technological products at the intersection of hardware and software. In the past, I served as CTO of Yota Devices and co-invented the first Russian dual-screen smartphone, the YotaPhone. I participated in the creation and market entry of complex technological products, collaborating with international teams and manufacturers across Asia and Europe. Currently, I am the co-founder and CEO of DNA Team, an IT product development studio. We build web services and mobile applications for major companies (our clients include VTB, Kaspersky Lab, Interfax, and others) and help businesses strengthen their teams through outstaffing. In parallel, I am developing my own products: CoActivity (a platform for educational and business programs), LookLink (an AI service for finding experts, clients, and partners), and InfraMatch (a service for finding specialized facilities for business needs). I also work as a mentor and consultant for founders and teams: I help launch products, establish development processes, restore business control, and identify growth points. I am a certified business mentor. My key area of expertise is situations where 'everything is in place, but nothing works': products fail to launch, teams do not deliver results, or there is a lack of transparency and control.
